About the Role
We are seeking a talented researcher to join our team as a Research Faculty Assistant/Associate Professor. This role will involve conducting Medicaid policy research, analyzing data, and developing evidence-based recommendations for policymakers. The ideal candidate will have expertise in health policy, health economics, or a related field, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading policy analyses, developing research reports, and presenting findings to stakeholders. They will also contribute to the development of research proposals, secure funding, and manage projects. Additionally, they will mentor students and junior researchers, providing guidance on research design, data analysis, and writing.

Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants should have a doctoral degree in public health, health policy, or a related field. A related master's degree with 10+ years of professional experience may also be considered. The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in public health. The estimated salary for this position is $130,000-$160,000 annually, based on the location and level of experience.
