Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Rotary-Wing Avionics Engineer to work on cutting-edge avionics systems for both military and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have expertise in electrical troubleshooting, wire harnessing, avionics system installations, and troubleshooting avionics malfunctions.

Responsibilities:

  • Install aircraft avionic systems, including flight data, navigation, and communication systems on fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft.
  • Perform wire harnessing and aircraft wiring installations for avionics systems.
  • Troubleshoot avionics systems using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and OEM wiring diagrams and schematics.
  • Conduct electrical troubleshooting and repair military-grade avionics systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and safe modifications to aircraft.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of avionics maintenance experience (combined military and civilian), focusing on rotary-wing avionics and helicopter maintenance.
  • Experience with Blackhawk helicopters or similar rotary-wing aircraft.
  • Extensive wire harnessing and avionics repair experience.
  • FAA compliance experience in aircraft maintenance.
