We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Systems Specialist to join our team at PassionHR Inc in Tullahoma, TN. This is a full-time, on-site position with a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in avionics maintenance, specializing in rotary-wing avionics systems and helicopter maintenance. Key responsibilities include:

  • Installing aircraft avionic systems, including flight data, navigation, and communication systems on fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft.
  • Performing wire harnessing and aircraft wiring installations for avionics systems.
  • Troubleshooting avionics systems using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and OEM wiring diagrams and schematics.
  • Conducting electrical troubleshooting and repair military-grade avionics systems.
  • Performing avionics system installations, maintenance, updates, and modifications in compliance with FAA regulations and military standards.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have extensive experience with Blackhawk helicopters or similar rotary-wing aircraft, as well as expertise in electrical troubleshooting, wire harnessing, and avionics system installations.
