Responsibilities
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation
  • Develop and maintain a caseload of clients, with a target of 27 client visits per week
  • Utilize creative interventions to help clients achieve their goals
  • Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session, as per company guidelines
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, and other relevant parties as needed
Requirements
  • Masters degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution
  • On-track to obtain licensure in their designated field
  • Required experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
  • Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
Preferred Qualifications
  • Fully licensed mental health professional with a valid state of Illinois License
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families
  • General knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and mental health documentation
