We are currently seeking a dedicated Catering Service Associate for flexible full-time or part-time opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and serve food at various scheduled events under the guidance of the catering supervisor.
  • Ensure all events are executed accurately during your shift.
  • May operate a catering delivery vehicle.
  • Set up and clean event areas before, during, and after functions.
  • Return leftover food and equipment to the catering facility promptly.

Essential Duties:

  • Assemble and deliver all food and supplies for catered events to designated locations.
  • Monitor and log food temperatures to ensure safety.
  • Arrange tables and decorations as per event standards.
  • Set up buffet tables with food, beverages, and service items.
  • Provide food and beverage service to guests with a friendly demeanor.
  • Thoroughly clean the venue post-event.
  • Return all items to the catering facility.
  • Collect customer feedback through comment cards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the catering facility and equipment.
  • Ensure guests receive courteous service at all times.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of the menu and available products.
  • Adhere to safety and sanitation policies consistently.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A valid driver's license may be required; must be able to obtain a food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers' permit as mandated by state law.
