Job Description

Job Summary

TriStar Summit Medical Center is seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our OBS Unit team. As a key member of our healthcare family, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and coordinating unit functions.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high-quality patient-centered care.
  • Assist with admission and discharge processes.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and leadership to support improved outcomes and services.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and training to enhance performance and engagement.
  • Assist with staff scheduling.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse with a Bachelors Degree or Associate Degree.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification or BCLS Instructor certification within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification or ACLS Instructor certification within 30 days of employment start date.
