We are currently in search of a dynamic and proactive ARCHITECTURAL PROJECT MANAGER to contribute to our mission. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in the EDUCATION sector and will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of exciting new projects, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and project scopes are met to the satisfaction of our clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Direct and coordinate all project activities, both administrative and technical, to guarantee the efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects through all development phases, including Design Development, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration.
  2. Prepare project estimates, define the scope of work, draft proposals and contracts, and ensure compliance with established terms.
  3. Manage client budgets, schedules, project communications, documentation, and team assignments effectively.
  4. Act as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
  5. Provide mentorship and oversight to junior staff members.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Extensive experience utilizing project management tools for initiation, planning, billing, and labor tracking.
  2. Exceptional communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
  3. Self-assured and resilient, while maintaining positive relationships with clients, consultants, and technical teams.
  4. Able to provide clear direction and leadership to architectural staff.
  5. Proficient in SketchUp modeling, AutoCAD, and Revit/BIM software.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

  1. A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience managing all project efforts through all phases of development.
  2. Experience with DSA is mandatory.
  3. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an NAAB accredited institution.
  4. A commitment to ongoing professional development.
  5. Must have legal authorization to work in the United States without restrictions.
