We are currently in search of a dynamic and proactive Architectural Project Manager to elevate our Healthcare division. This role will be pivotal in overseeing client interactions and ensuring that all project elements are executed efficiently, adhering to established timelines and budgets. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong leadership capabilities and a proven track record in managing client relationships while being adept in project management metrics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Deliver presentations to clients regarding technical and design strategies.
  2. Oversee and coordinate all project activities, ensuring effective and economical execution through all development phases, including Design Development, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration.
  3. Assess project fees, define the scope of work, draft proposals and contracts, and ensure compliance with project terms.
  4. Manage client budgets, schedules, communications, documentation, and team assignments effectively.
  5. Act as the primary liaison to ensure project completion aligns with client expectations.
  6. Foster and enhance client relationships.
  7. Collaborate with senior staff, providing guidance and oversight to junior team members.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Exceptional communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
  2. Self-assured and resilient, maintaining positive relationships with clients and consultants.
  3. Proficient in AutoCAD; familiarity with SketchUp and Revit/BIM is advantageous.
  4. Able to lead and direct architectural staff effectively.
  5. Dedicated to ongoing professional development as an architect.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

  1. Active architectural license is mandatory.
  2. Over 10 years of relevant experience as an Architect and Project Manager.
  3. Experience with OSHPD/HCAi is preferred.
  4. Graduate from a NAAB accredited architecture program.
  5. Must have legal authorization to work in the United States without restrictions.

Salary range: $100,000 - $125,000 based on qualifications. The placement within this range will consider factors such as education, experience, and project complexity.
