Position Overview

As a Clinical Nursing Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing the nursing operations during your assigned shifts. Your leadership will ensure that our nursing teams deliver exceptional care while adhering to established standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Direct and guide the clinical activities of nursing units, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Mentorship: Facilitate the implementation of care delivery models, providing support and guidance to nursing staff.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Director of Nursing to maintain optimal staffing levels for safe, continuous nursing care.
  • Recruitment: Participate in the hiring process, orientation of new staff, and provide recommendations for promotions and terminations.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree from an accredited nursing program; a BSN is preferred.
  • Current Registered Nurse licensure.
