Compensation and Benefits

  • Hourly wage ranging from $27.84 to $45.46, dependent on prior experience.
  • Evening shift differential of $2.50 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

The essential functions of the Registered Nurse include, but are not limited to:

  • Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals, conducting assessments, analyzing data, setting goals, planning care strategies, prioritizing care, implementing interventions, delegating tasks safely, and evaluating patient responses to care.
  • Providing tailored peri-operative care through the nursing process.
  • Overseeing surgical department staff in the management of surgical patients.
  • Caring for patients across all age groups, from infants to the elderly.
Qualifications

Education

  • A diploma or associate degree in nursing is required; a Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Master of Science in Nursing is preferred.

Experience

  • Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Experience in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) is highly desirable.

Licensure and Certification

  • Must possess a current Registered Nurse license in Oklahoma.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required prior to patient care provision and must be maintained throughout employment.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is also required and must be maintained throughout employment.
