About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity to provide direct patient evaluation and treatment of various orthopedic, neurological, and other medical conditions. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work closely with physician partners to develop and implement individualized care plans, monitor patient progress, and provide training as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate functional disabilities and develop strategies to achieve optimal functional performance
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans

  • Provide training and education to patients and families
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state of New Hampshire or ability to obtain before hire
  • Prior work experience in a critical access hospital setting
