Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Duties: Conduct thorough and precise patient assessments, ensuring documentation is accurate and timely. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop individualized care plans that are continuously evaluated and modified as necessary.
Patient Care: Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care that promotes health and prevents illness. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care and effective communication, involving patients and families in the decision-making process.
Research Participation: Engage in research initiatives aimed at enhancing patient care and treatment methodologies.
Effective Communication: Foster strong relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals, providing education and advocacy for patients and their families throughout the healthcare journey.

Qualifications:
Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program or possess a Master's degree in Physician Assistant Services.
Experience: A minimum of three years in a relevant advanced practice role is preferred.
Licensure: Must obtain the necessary state licensure and certifications within the specified timeframe post-hire.
