Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Education Professional to join our team as a Teacher and Center Staff. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the educational experience of our young learners and supporting the growth and development of our centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teaching and Learning: Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child, creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
  • Child Development: Support the growth and development of children, including their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
  • Family Engagement: Partner and connect with parents, with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children.
  • Center Operations: Support the success of your center, partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
  • Community Building: Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.
Qualifications
  • Education and Experience: Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
  • Certifications and Training: CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Physical Demands: Physically able to use a computer with basic proficiency, lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors.
  • Language Skills: Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English.
