Radiology Technologist Supervisor

UNC Health is seeking a highly skilled Radiology Technologist to oversee the day-to-day operations in the Radiology areas. As a supervisor, you will provide guidance and support to lead and staff radiologic technologists, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.
- Collaborate with radiologists and department administration to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
- Manage personnel records, schedules, and time and attendance for direct reports.
- Participate in supervisor and staff meetings to discuss departmental goals and objectives.
- Review patient scheduling and maintain an open dialogue with radiologists and department administration.
- Associate's degree or completion of an accredited Radiologic Sciences Program.
- ARRT certification or equivalent, with registry status and continuing education requirements annually.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification.
- Three (3) years of experience in an imaging discipline.
