Community Living Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Living Assistant to join our team at Princeton Child Development Institute.
In this role, you will provide support to adults with autism in a group home or supervised apartment setting, ensuring their safety and well-being, and promoting their independence and self-advocacy.
You will work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement individualized support plans, teach daily living skills, and facilitate community integration.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate a commitment to supporting individuals with autism.
As a Community Living Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, receive ongoing training and professional development, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
We offer a competitive salary of $52,000 per year, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending account, and paid time off.
