Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Professional to join our team at Pursuit Collection. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have a clean, safe, and welcoming environment to rest and recharge after their adventures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, restocking toiletries & towels, and cleaning kitchen spaces (if applicable)
  • Clean and sanitize public guest areas, including bathrooms and lobby spaces, in hotels, lodges, and cabins
  • Clean, sanitize, and stock common employee living spaces, bathrooms, and recreation areas
  • May be required to stock linen and remove used linens/towels/trash
  • May be required to work afternoon/evening shifts when scheduled for a shift focused on public guest areas
  • May assist with amenity requests from guests
  • Be a utility player who can complete a variety of job duties
  • May be required to work outside, use stairs, and carry/push heavy loads and carts
  • Keep record of potential safety and maintenance issues and communicate details to supervisor
  • Offer assistance to guests and teammates where needed
Requirements
  • Work-ethic and commitment to the team and guest is key
  • Housekeeping experience preferred but not required; we are happy to train
  • Have a willingness and ability to work solo and also as part of a team
  • Be committed to Safety First and the highest quality of cleaning & sanitizing standards
  • Be organized with a great eye for detail
  • Be kind to others and always bring your best
  • Be a good communicator, always suggesting ideas and solutions
  • Be helpful and friendly, willing to go the extra mile

  • You'll work in iconic, unforgettable, and inspiring Whitefish, Montana
  • You'll spend your days in a hotel in Whitefish, Montana
  • Glacier Park Collection is a non-smoking, drug-free environment
  • Our home is filled with trees, lakes, and blue-bird skies; rather than buildings, freeways, and smog
  • You need to be prepared for a physical working environment with walking, stair climbing, bending, reaching, lifting (up to 50 pounds with assistance) required
