As a Housekeeping Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and quality in our properties, while also providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of housekeepers to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and quality in our properties
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure that properties meet Vacasa's standards
  • Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure consistency and efficiency
  • Provide training and guidance to housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures and protocols
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Ensure that all properties are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for guest arrival
  • Manage and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
