About the Role

Waterford Dialysis is seeking a skilled Dialysis Nurse (RN) to join our team. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to individuals with end-stage renal disease.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct pre-dialysis patient assessments, including vital signs and vascular access evaluation.
  • Maintain accountability for patient care coordination and delivery.
  • Plan, organize, and implement patient care plans for patients of all ages.
  • Coordinate and delegate nursing care to patient team members.
  • Review physician orders, collect pre-treatment dialysis data, and review patient records.
  • Provide supervision to patient team members based on their level of training and patient acuity.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
  • Minimum of 1 year nursing experience required.
  • Demonstrated basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
  • Prior experience providing nursing care to patients on an acute dialysis unit.
