Mercy Hospital Ardmore is seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Clinical Supervisor to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of registered nurses in the ICU, ensuring high-quality patient care and excellent outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing feedback and coaching to improve skills and knowledge.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to new staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Requirements:
- Graduate of a State-approved School of Nursing.
- Current RN Temporary Permit/RN license in the state of practice.
- Five to seven years work experience in a hospital setting.
- American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within their probation period.
- ACLS and PALS or obtain within 12 months of hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Nursing.
- Management experience.
- Nursing Specialty Certification.
- Change Management.
