Job Overview
As a Field Service Technician, you will receive training to deliver technical maintenance and support to our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting and repairing Multi-Function Printers and scanners, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring exceptional customer service. We are excited to welcome you to our team, where quality service is our top priority.
Compensation
The hourly wage ranges from $20 to $27, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities
1. Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair copiers, scanners, and multifunctional printers (MFPs) at customer locations.
2. Conduct regular maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal machine performance.
3. Respond promptly to customer service requests.
4. Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions.
5. Install and configure new hardware and software as necessary.
6. Offer on-site training to end users.
7. Maintain an inventory of spare parts and supplies.
8. Document customer interactions, service calls, and machine histories.
9. Stay informed about new products and technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Self-motivated individuals are encouraged to apply.
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required.
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus.

Performance Evaluation
Your performance will be assessed periodically, with an annual review to discuss achievements and future goals.
