Job Summary

Fulfill critical pharmacy support roles in a dynamic environment at WellSpan Health. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy services. This position requires a strong commitment to patient care and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in filling orders and preparing labels
• Operate a cash register and process transactions
• Deliver medications to patients as needed
• Submit and receive orders from suppliers
• Enter and retrieve data from established computer files
• Assist with I.V. preparation and delivery

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• No prior experience necessary, but a strong desire to learn and grow in a healthcare setting

Working Environment

This role requires standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods. You will also be required to lift, carry, and push/pull objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
