Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Multi-Duty Receptionist to join our passionate and authentic team of healthcare professionals. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will provide excellent customer service, manage multiple responsibilities, and contribute to the overall success of our medical center.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer phone calls in a professional manner and assist callers' needs appropriately.
  • Greet patients and visitors in a prompt, courteous, and helpful manner.
  • Check-in patients, verify and update necessary information in the medical records/database, perform all registration functions, and collect copays and balances due, as appropriate.
  • Assist patients with ambulatory difficulties or other needs, as appropriate.
  • Schedule appointments, referrals, and pre-certifications, etc.
  • File charts and coordinate lab work, as requested.
  • Sort and deliver mail, medical records, and other correspondence.
  • Maintain work area in a neat and orderly manner.
  • Attend meetings, as required.
