Patient Care Technician

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Patient Care Technician to join our team at DaVita. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients with end-stage renal disease.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
- Perform technician duties, such as measuring and recording vital signs, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup
- Build long-term relationships with patients and educate them on kidney dialysis-related topics
- Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team of clinicians, including nurses, dietitians, and social workers

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Desire to enter the healthcare field and care for others
- Ability to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable working around blood and needles
- BONENT certification, Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
