Job SummaryWe are seeking a Patient Care Technician to join our team at DaVita. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a critical role in providing direct patient care and supporting our dialysis team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing organization and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
- Assist with patient education on kidney dialysis-related topics
- Work collaboratively with the dialysis team to ensure high-quality patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Desire to enter the healthcare field and care for others
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
