Concessions Bartender

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Concessions Bartender to join our team at Oak View Group. As a Concessions Bartender, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service and ensuring guest satisfaction in concession areas.

• Prepare and Serve Beverages: Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, according to established recipes and procedures.
• Maintain a Clean and Organized Bar Area: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning utensils, to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
• Provide Friendly and Efficient Service: Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, taking orders accurately and efficiently, and ensuring that all guests have a positive experience.
• Verify Age and Ensure Compliance: Verify the age of guests purchasing alcoholic beverages and ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements.
• Handle Cash and Credit Transactions: Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, including operating a cash register, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Uphold Health and Safety Standards: Uphold health and safety standards in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and ensure that all guests and staff are protected.
• Monitor Inventory Levels: Monitor inventory levels and notify management when supplies need to be replenished, to ensure that the concession stand area is always well-stocked.
• Assist with Cleanliness and Appearance: Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of the concession stand area, including the bar, seating areas, and surrounding spaces.
• Follow Sanitation and Food Handling Procedures: Follow all sanitation and food handling procedures to ensure the safety of guests and staff, and maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Collaborate with Team Members: Collaborate with other concession team members to provide excellent customer service and support, and work together to achieve common goals.

• Previous Experience: Previous experience in bartending or customer service, preferably in a concession or hospitality setting.
• Beverage Knowledge: Knowledge of beverage recipes, including cocktails, beer, and wine, and the ability to prepare and serve a variety of drinks.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing and serving beverages, and the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Math Skills: Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating orders.
• Physical Ability: Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects (up to 25 pounds).
