Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Services Representative to join our team at The Graham Companies. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience during their stay.

Responsibilities
  • Provide professional and friendly assistance to guests, responding to their needs and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage the check-in and check-out process, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Process billing and handle cash, credit, and house-charge transactions.
  • Review occupancy daily and maintain accurate registration cards.
  • Answer phones in a friendly and helpful manner, providing information and resolving guest concerns.
  • Cover for the Reservations Agent as needed, ensuring seamless operations.
Requirements
  • High School degree required; Hospitality Management degree preferred.
  • 1 year of experience in a Front Office/Reservations role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a Front Office environment.
  • Opera software experience preferred; Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus.
  • Must be computer literate and able to work a flexible schedule, including days and nights.
