KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provide outstanding service to members, ensuring their satisfaction through a consultative approach during all interactions.
2. Assist members in setting up accounts, loans, and other services by completing necessary documentation and maintaining compliance with audit standards.
3. Process member transactions and serve as the primary point of contact, promoting engagement with credit union products and services.
4. Actively refer members to additional services, including insurance and investment products, to enhance their financial well-being.
5. Engage with both new and existing members to deepen relationships and meet their financial needs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Maintain high service standards and adhere to the organization's mission and values.
- Conduct wellness calls and participate in ongoing training to stay informed about products and services.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure comprehensive member support and service.
- Process applications for various loan products and assist members throughout the loan process.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain confidentiality of member information.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience required; previous experience in the financial industry preferred.
- Must possess necessary licenses and maintain them throughout employment.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications and technology systems relevant to the role.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
