Aseptic Production Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Aseptic Production Manager to oversee the aseptic production processes at our facility in Lancaster, TX.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise the aseptic production team to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and strategies to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Monitor and optimize production processes to ensure compliance with aseptic techniques and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate production activities and resolve any issues or bottlenecks.
- Oversee the maintenance and calibration of production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to create a safe working environment.
- Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Train and develop production staff on aseptic techniques, quality standards, and standard operating procedures.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure availability of necessary materials and supplies.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in aseptic production techniques to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as pharmaceutical sciences, chemical engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in aseptic production management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques, cGMP regulations, and quality management systems.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse workforce.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities to effectively address production challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
