Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Lead to join our team at Niagara Bottling, LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the communication flow to load finished products onto trailers and preparing documentation, including bills of lading and invoices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of shipping and receiving team members to ensure efficient and accurate loading of products.
  • Coordinate the location of trailers for loading and communicate instructions to equipment operators.
  • Prepare and review documentation, including bills of lading and invoices, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Communicate with carriers to ensure timely and accurate collection and loading of products.
  • Monitor and review operator and carrier line data in our tracking platform to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensure adherence to food safety practices and SQF System requirements.
  • Communicate any deviations, problems, or abnormalities with equipment, processes, or products to the team and management.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a position with similar responsibilities.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience managing people and projects.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 6 years of experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment.

Education
