Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to patients as assigned, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Administer and record medications and treatments as assigned, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Prepare for and assist Physicians and other healthcare professionals with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
- Reinforce health care instructions to patients and their families, promoting health and wellness.
- Participate in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care and patient activities, ensuring seamless care transitions.
- Assist in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients, maintaining a safe and efficient environment.
- Observe and report patients' vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to the appropriate individual(s), ensuring timely interventions.
- Record patient responses to nursing care rendered, maintaining accurate and detailed records.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
- Assume charge of the unit as assigned, leading a team of healthcare professionals and making informed decisions.
Requirements:
