About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Data Manager to join our team at TalentBurst.

Job Summary

This is a unique opportunity to work as a Data Analyst in a large-scale organization, supporting business divisions by creating, managing and maintaining accurate customer records. As a Master Customer Specialist, you will be part of the order-to-cash cycle, ensuring seamless interactions between sales, customer service, logistics, and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Data Management: Manage the creation, maintenance, and accuracy of customer master records in our database, capturing and updating relevant information such as contact details, billing, shipping addresses, and other pertinent data.
  • Data Validation: Identify and rectify discrepancies, inconsistencies or duplications in the system.
  • Process Improvement: Recommend enhancements to existing data validation processes to improve efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to gather and validate customer information, communicate effectively, and resolve data-related issues.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, localization requirements, and data privacy regulations related to customer data.
  • Escalation: Escalate unresolved cases to team leadership for assistance.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets by addressing concerns promptly, demonstrating empathy, and contributing to a positive overall customer experience.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High Level of Integrity: Maintain data confidentiality.
  • Mandatory Qualifications: High School Degree, 1-2 years experience in customer data management or a similar role, preferably in a large-scale organization, strong customer service and data entry experience.
  • PREFERRED Qualifications: Experience using CRM systems and other data management tools, analytical mindset, problem-solving capabilities, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
