Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at YesCare Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Responsibilities- Respond to and initiate care for medical emergencies throughout the facility, including performing continuous CPR until properly relieved.
- Administer and document medications on the Medication Administration Record, and document all nursing care provided.
- Perform histories and physicals on inmates, assess patient health status, and refer to appropriate level of healthcare provider.
- Physically assist Physician in patient examinations and treatments, and implement and follow up on Physician/Dentist verbal and written orders.
- Teach healthcare information to patients and correctional staff, collect samples, specimens, and cultures per Physician orders.
- Adhere to safety and security policies, participate in disaster drills, and follow security regulations for keys, sharps, and controlled medications.
- Perform venipuncture and I.V. therapy, follow standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required, and complete other duties as assigned by management.
