About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Growth Strategist to join our team at PayJunction. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth and revenue.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies that align with marketing and overall business objectives and revenue goals
  • Work closely with the Sr. Demand Generation Manager to set and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual lead generation targets, both in terms of quantity and quality
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to create integrated sales and marketing strategies and align on key areas like lead handoff processes, lead scoring and SLAs
  • Measure and report on campaign performance and the ROI of campaigns
  • Implement and optimize lead nurture workflows and strategies to engage and educate leads throughout the sales funnel
  • Monitor and analyze demand generation metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Finance preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in demand generation, growth marketing and/or digital marketing at a B2B company with 2 of those in a SaaS or payments company
  • Experience working on marketing teams with under 10 members
  • Proven experience with campaign execution and management
  • Strong understanding of analytics and reporting
  • Familiarity with:
    • Marketing Automation
    • Salesforce
    • Outreach (or similar tool)
