Sales Growth Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Sales Growth Strategist to join our team at PayJunction. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth and revenue.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute demand generation strategies that align with marketing and overall business objectives and revenue goals
- Work closely with the Sr. Demand Generation Manager to set and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual lead generation targets, both in terms of quantity and quality
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to create integrated sales and marketing strategies and align on key areas like lead handoff processes, lead scoring and SLAs
- Measure and report on campaign performance and the ROI of campaigns
- Implement and optimize lead nurture workflows and strategies to engage and educate leads throughout the sales funnel
- Monitor and analyze demand generation metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Finance preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in demand generation, growth marketing and/or digital marketing at a B2B company with 2 of those in a SaaS or payments company
- Experience working on marketing teams with under 10 members
- Proven experience with campaign execution and management
- Strong understanding of analytics and reporting
- Familiarity with:
- Marketing Automation
- Salesforce
- Outreach (or similar tool)
