  • Discharge Planning: Participate in discharge planning and interdisciplinary team meetings, ensuring a smooth transition for patients and families.
  • Department Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments and staff within the Rehab department, fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
  • Facility Maintenance: Assist with cleaning maintenance of treatment area and department, ensuring a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Report any equipment problems to appropriate personnel, ensuring timely repairs and minimizing downtime.
  • Travel: Travel between facilities as needed, providing flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Education and Licensure: Graduate of an accredited college or university with a valid state license, ensuring expertise and knowledge in rehabilitation therapy.
  • Physical and Emotional Demands: Ability to move, speak English fluently, cope with stress, and lift objects up to 50 lbs, maintaining physical and emotional well-being.
  • Personal Qualities: Flexibility, personal integrity, and ability to work effectively with patients and team members, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
