Job Summary:

The Licensed Therapist will provide evidence-based therapy services to individuals, families, and groups, focusing on mental health issues, substance abuse, and addiction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions
  • Assess and monitor clients' behaviors and progress
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with other professionals
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues
  • Participate in staff conferences and training sessions to maintain current awareness of mental health methodologies and issues
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, or counseling
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification
  • Minimum two years of experience in drug and alcohol counseling
  • Knowledge of HIPAA/client confidentiality and personal rights
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Two to five years of experience in drug and alcohol counseling
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
Salary:

$82,597 - $122,595 per year (based on 40 hours per week)
