Job Summary

The Beverage Cart Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to Members and Guests on the golf course or other designated areas. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet Members and Guests promptly and make introductions, maintaining a polite and friendly demeanor at all times.
  • Provide timely coverage of assigned golf courses, anticipating visits to each group every 4-5 holes and maintaining communication with other attendants and management.
  • Collect payments and accurately reconcile daily bank at the conclusion of each shift, processing all business for the day and depositing in designated areas.
  • Safely secure all products on the beverage cart, including cash bank, keys, and other company property as assigned.
  • Clean and sanitize the beverage cart of all food, ice, and trash at the end of each shift, ensuring health code standards are always met.
Requirements
  • Previous food and beverage experience preferred.
  • Alcohol and food safety awareness certificate.
  • Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart.
  • Excellent communication skills and articulate speech, with the ability to follow instructions well.
  • Comfortable working mostly outdoors.
  • A high school diploma is preferred.
