Your expertise will ensure the efficient operation of our equipment, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on company-owned machine tools, assembly equipment, and manufacturing assets.
  • Conduct simple testing and repair of hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
  • Respond promptly to customer maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues to determine the course of action.
  • Collaborate with experienced mechanics to ensure Graco quality standards are met.
  • Provide support to departmental personnel as needed and maintain accurate maintenance records.
  • Order parts and supplies, and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Meet operational requirements and expectations for accuracy of work, minimizing waste and ensuring a productive work environment.
  • Follow all required safety guidelines and utilize personal protective equipment (PPE).
Requirements
  • Associates degree in maintenance or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 0-1+ years of machine maintenance experience.
