Join Our Co-op Program

Our US student program offers students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, team environment. As an Engineering Co-op, you will work alongside experienced professionals to develop essential skills for your career, including industrial experience, understanding of DuPont Business and Functions, products, and customers.

Requirements

To be considered for our Co-op Program, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Be enrolled as a full-time student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited program.
  • Have a GPA of 3.0 or higher (out of 4.0 scale).
  • Have the legal right to work in the U.S. without restriction.

We are excited to share that on May 22,, DuPont announced plans to separate into three industry-leading, independent publicly traded companies. This strategic move will create focused businesses with distinct investment profiles. We believe the proposed separations will create opportunities for all three future companies to better serve their customers and unlock long-term value for stakeholders. This process is expected to take 18-24 months from the date of announcement to complete.
