  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve mutually agreed-upon marketing goals and promote the development of our business.
Qualifications:
  • Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
  • Able to obtain Property and Casualty License and Life/Health License.
  • Results-driven and motivated to achieve sales targets and marketing goals.
  • Passionate about marketing insurance products and services based on customer needs.
