This role involves treating a diverse range of mental health conditions reflecting the needs of our patient population. You will build strong relationships with patients and collaborate with internal and external providers to coordinate care effectively. The position is in an outpatient clinical setting where you'll interact directly with patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual, family, or group therapy sessions based on ethical and medical necessity guidelines
  • Develop and coordinate a comprehensive treatment plan for patients presenting mental health conditions
  • Conduct psychological assessments and interpret results
  • Involve patients and/or families in treatment planning as appropriate
  • Lead crisis intervention methods and provide insight into functional assessments and behavioral intervention plans
  • Complete clinical documentation according to policy

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $120,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you'll receive benefits that support your personal and professional growth.

Requirements:

  • Active and unrestricted PhD or PsyD license in the state of practice
  • 2+ years of experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals, families, and groups
  • Able to commute to the location in-person

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Significant experience evaluating adults and/or children in an outpatient clinical setting
  • Experience with health psychology
  • Experience working with computers for professional communication and medical documentation
  • Knowledge and experience in providing neuropsychological, CBT, and other evidence-based interventions
