Job Overview

We are seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Huntsville, Alabama. As a member of our team, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive environment that prioritizes client accessibility, integrity, and quality care.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is up to $132,300 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities. We offer a guaranteed pay structure, paid orientation, PTO, annual pay increases, additional bonus opportunities, and flexibility with your schedule.

Job Description

In this role, you will work as a Behavioral Health Generalist, providing services to individuals, couples, and children. You will have the autonomy to establish your own clinical caseload and work collaboratively with our support team to ensure seamless client care.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) with an independent license in Alabama
  • Ability to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week
  • Strong character and excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated and organized with strong time management skills
