Key responsibilities include delivering outstanding customer service, possessing thorough product knowledge, and promoting safe working practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepares and serves food and beverages in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards.
- Delivers service to customers in a friendly, positive, and helpful manner.
- Takes proactive measures to prevent customer service issues, addressing and resolving incidents as needed.
- Operates a cash register and other payment devices accurately, adhering to all cash handling protocols.
- Stays informed about current trends in the coffee industry and provides operational recommendations.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- One year of retail experience or six months in a specialty coffee environment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Experience with cash handling.
