Cell Phones for Less, a leading Authorized Retailer for Cricket Wireless, is seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team in Ogdensburg, NY. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing expert advice on phone plans and accessories, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect phone, plan, and accessories
- Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail or sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
