As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Assisting customers in finding the perfect phone, plan, and accessories
  • Helping us bring the Cricket brand to life in the communities we serve

Our comprehensive compensation package includes:

  • Full-time hours (30-40 hours per week)
  • Hourly rate: $15.00-$25.50 (with weekly commission opportunities)

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Prior retail or sales experience (preferred)
  • Customer service experience (preferred)
  • Wireless sales experience (a plus)
