Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Associate Team Leader to join our team at Rose Mart. As a Sales Associate Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing sales floor operations, and leading a team of sales associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly manner, provide fast and efficient service, and thank customers for their business.
  • Sales Operations: Ring customer sales using an electronic cash register, receive money, give correct change, and process specialty products such as money orders and credit card purchases.
  • Team Leadership: Assist with shift change, count money in the cash drawer, and lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals.
  • Inventory Management: Check and replenish stock on food service supplies, clean and sanitize equipment, and remove damaged or out-of-code merchandise from shelves.
  • Training and Development: Complete training evaluations, provide feedback to management, and participate in ongoing training and development programs.
Requirements
  • Age: 18 years or older
  • Language: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Math Skills: Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 10 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
