About the Role:

Nightwing is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team as a Field Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical advisory and support services to our customers in the field of cybersecurity and intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and advise senior military personnel on various equipment, technical capabilities, and employment techniques, tactics, and procedures (TTPs) for utilizing technical equipment.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of concepts of operations (CONOPs) for employing technical devices based on equipment capabilities and other critical factors.
  • Provide sustainment training as needed on specialized technical equipment.
  • Coordinate with SOG headquarters for specialized program support.
  • Assist users in maintaining and configuring technical equipment for and in between various training exercises and operations.

Requirements:

  • Active Top Secret security clearance
  • Retired or former Special Operations soldier with 5 years of United States military experience in a similar capacity.
  • Recent combat experience
  • Experience with or technical information collection equipment to support War on Terrorism objectives.
  • Experience with web-based applications including, but not limited to: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows, and various viewing software programs such as: FalconView, Google Earth, C2PC, Streets and Trips, and Map Printability.
  • Ability to carry a 35-pound load with no assistance.
  • CONUS and OCONUS travel requirements to support Unit.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Software installation

  • Excellent leadership skills and the ability to effectively interact and communicate with management, customers, and employees.

Education and Experience:

A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.

Security Clearance:

An active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
