Role Responsibilities:
As a Systems Infrastructure Specialist, you will:
  • Oversee work packages to guarantee that project outcomes are achieved.
  • Engage in collaboration with various IT teams, including Infrastructure, Network Services, Service Support, and IT Operations.
  • Advise Application Development and Business Unit teams to ensure compliance with operational standards and service excellence.
  • Deliver Tier 3 proactive and reactive service and performance management for critical systems.
  • Address real-time performance alerts and troubleshoot performance issues.
  • Conduct regular analysis of performance data to pinpoint current and potential future performance challenges.
  • Ensure the appropriate selection and implementation of technologies.
  • Develop and refine processes to boost operational efficiency.
  • Attract and maintain a motivated and skilled workforce.

Essential Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Extensive expertise in VMWare Virtualization and Azure Administration.
  • Familiarity with priority protocols and knowledge of cybersecurity terminology.
  • Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
