Position Overview

This role is centered around the management of packaging and logistics for a significant program. The selected candidate will collaborate with multiple teams to assess, design, and execute effective packaging strategies for system components, ensuring adherence to both contractual obligations and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily shipping operations and manage the preparation of items for dispatch.
  • Conduct thorough root cause analyses on any damaged shipments to prevent future occurrences.
  • Coordinate transportation requests efficiently to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain and manage reusable shipping containers, ensuring they meet performance standards.
  • Execute Performance Oriented Packaging Testing to validate packaging integrity.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of shipping protocols, hazardous materials regulations, and packaging engineering principles. Proficiency in CAD software is essential, along with the ability to work onsite and travel as necessary to fulfill program needs.
