Job Summary
At Miracles of Hope Care, we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Aide to provide personalized care and support to our clients in their homes. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in assisting patients with daily living activities, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist patients with personal care activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide support with ambulation, eating, and other daily living tasks
• Prepare meals and snacks according to client instructions
• Perform patient-specific activities, such as changing ostomy appliances, reinforcing dressings, and assisting with prescribed exercises
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing homemaking activities, including laundry, cleaning, and organizing

Requirements
• High school graduate or equivalent preferred
• Six months of experience as a Home Health Aide
• Successfully completed a Competency Evaluation that meets State Licensing Law for home health aides
• Current CPR certification from an approved instructor
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job
• Valid driver's license and access to insured transportation
• Documentation of 2 hours of training on assistance with self-administered medication
