Job Summary

This role assists the Chief Operating Officer (COO) in directing and coordinating various aspects of the business and operations of San Antonio Regional Hospital. The position is responsible for the direction and oversight of assigned departments, ensuring an integrated approach to providing services and fulfilling the hospital's strategic goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and foster effective collaboration between clinical and support departments
  • Direct and oversee assigned departments
  • Assist the COO in directing and coordinating business and operations
Requirements
  • Masters degree or higher in Health Care Administration or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in progressive leadership positions, preferably in Healthcare
  • Strong financial/analytical skills, verbal/written communication skills, problem identification and resolution skills, decision making ability, and the ability to develop/mentor management team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other general software programs
  • Ability to build alliances and consensus, follow through on commitments, and manage different perspectives to find win-win solutions

Pay Range

$104.64 - $[insert highest pay range]
